1.Tonite is the final F1 racing in spore. The first exciting official world event racing in Spore.
Bookies try to make a quick buck on betting from F1 but it was not to be. The race is too new in the local market unlike football or horse racing.

2. When you ask any Ah Soh or Uncle about David Beckham or Ronaldo at least they know about them as footballer. Every local aunty and uncle know Fandi Ahmad!

3. Coming to know who is the F1 driver, local punters just can mention only one or two top racer names. Lewis Hamilton is known as " Har-mee-tang" in hokkien "Prawn noodle soup"!
Fernando Alonso they called him " Or-lan-so" in hokkien it can be interpreted in many meaning.
Or lan (black) So(aunty) ! black aunty! vulgar word Or-lan (dick-cock) or dick-cock aunty!

3. And the top Ferrari driver, Felipe Massa, is simply known as Masak(in malay it means cook)
How to make bets when you can only name 2 or 3 names! All the Angmoh names very hard to read and remember.

4. The only top 10 Asian driver is Japanese Kazuki Nakajima! And he is the last 10 of the list to qualify in the final F1 race. Of course driving a Japanese car Toyota. But the top 3 winners is always Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes!

5. Dr. Mahathir or PM Abdullah of Malaysia dont expect to day dream if they can enter the race with their Protons! Ah least Japan PM Tarok Aso can watch Toyota in the the race. Maybe in 30 yrs time, make in China imitation car using mercedes engine can also enter the race. Spore maybe in 10 yrs time, SIA can convert its A380 Jumbo plane engine into a make in spore sport car for the F1 race! We will be the first to use a COE expired plane engine car in the F1 Race.

6. Zoom! Zoom Zoommmmmmm! The racing sound can be heard!


1.Time passed by very quickly. The mooncakes festival over. The fasting month of the muslim is 3 wks past. The Hari Raya coming on the 1st Oct. Ah! that is also the 1st week of China public holiday. The Thai Prime Minister Samat the part-time TV cook host lost his job simply because he loved cooking in public. Japan changed Prime Minister again.Now it is Tarok Aso!

2.The China milk scandal, melanine contaminated, has affected many products here in Spore! The dutch lady milk drinks is well stock in our refrigerator. Torusan favourite drinks for the past 6 months suddenly dissappear! Could that be the cause of stomach pain and back pain in the past. Lucky he is not baby if not kena kidney stone!

3. I need to comment about the new Japanese Prime Minister, Tarok Aso! The name sound very funny! Tarok in malay means hammer or kena scolding! Aso in hokkien means aunty or liang po po (middle age aunty)! Bad sign for the women in Japan. Japanese women going to kena hammered by new policy set by Tarok Aso! There will not be policy changes to benefit women in terms of child care allowances, leave or incentives for the women to get married or bear children.

4. Only Spore now having a good programme for the women. All kind of leave and tax incentives for women giving birth to baby. Getting married with incentives to buy flats or rental priority. Government arrangement for parent to match-make their children to get married. If I have my way I get my three children Lelong Off! Today generation children dont pay tithe to thier parents. No incentive to keep them singles and jia lau pa!

5. Ah now coming 28th we are having our 1st night racing called the F1. We cannot have Beijing Olympic but we can have the 1st No 1 Night Racing for the F1 car racing in Spore. 90% of the hotel in Spore this coming week is fully booked for the tourists! Good business flow to Spore.
Some feel good factor after all the inflation and bad news about the financial crisis with many people lost their investments in bank! Money wept out for some invested in bank linked to Lehman Brother. Panick people rushing to cash out from AIA insurance !

6. After reading all the bad news and events happening this past months, I come to the conclusion to avoid this fast heart beating events. Retreat to a remote island and become a farmer or fisherman. Stay in a farm house planting vegetables and do own fishing for meat. Dont read news or have any connection to the net. Life will not be stressful but more peaceful!

7. Instead of fasting 1 month by the muslim from dawn to sunset befor celebrating Hari Raya on 1st October, I shall go on retreat from 28th to 1st October! I shall stop work on 28th Sept until 1st October! No reading of news or internet! Balek kampong ride bicycle fasting on meat! Vegetarian for 3 days! See result later! God bless me!
